After serving in the United States Air Force, Justin earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Wyoming. He previously worked for the Wyoming Department of Audit as a Senior Auditor leading Federal and State mineral audits of the largest-producing companies in the state. During this time, Justin personally audited over $ 4.237 billion in Federal and Wyoming State mineral value, resulting in the collection of over $55.15 million of additional royalties and ad valorem and severance taxes.
